FM instructs UN delegation to file complaint over Grad rocket

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman instructed the Israeli delegation to the United Nations to file a complaint to the Security Council and the General Assembly over the launch of a Grad rocket at Beersheba earlier Wednesday.
