Germany, Britain agree on tough sanctions against Libya
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and British Prime Minister David Cameron decided that harsh sanctions must be imposed on the regime in Libya as soon as possible.
In a joint statement, the two leaders said that the UN's Security Council needs to adopt extreme tough sanctions against Muammar Gaddafi's regime. (AFP)
