Magnitude 5.2 quake hits Japanese island of Honshu

A magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck the island of Honshu in Japan on Saturday, the US Geological Survey reported.

The quake, centered 80 km southeast of Kanazawa, occurred Saturday at a depth of 3 km, the USGS said. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. (Reuters)
