Yishai: Fuel tax must be reduced until Arab world stabilizes

Interior Minister Eli Yishai called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz to freeze the tax on fuel for a year, or until the situation in the Arab world stabilizes.

Addressing the rise in gas prices that was set to take place on Tuesday, Yishai said that the government must find a solution to the continually rising costs of fuel. (Kobi Nanshoni)
