2 Taibe residents arrested for kidnapping
Two Taibe residents were arrested for allegedly kidnapping another Taibe resident, a 35-year-old man. They are suspected of taking the man to a building in Qalansawe, handcuffing him, beating him and detaining him for hours.
As per the allegations, the suspects attempted to blackmail the victim. The two were apprehended after a police investigation. One of the suspects admitted to committing the crimes, while the other denied it. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
