Egypt's military meets with leading public figures
Egypt's military rulers have met with leading public figures, including pro-reform leader Mohamed ElBaradei and former Arab League chief Amr Moussa, to discuss plans for the transition to civilian rule.
Tuesday's meeting was led by Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, the head of the Armed Forces Supreme Council. Ali ElBaradei, brother of Nobel Prize winner ElBaradei, said the meeting explored opposition demands. He did not elaborate. (AP)
