Merkel condemns shooting of US servicemen
Chancellor Angela Merkel says Germany will do "everything possible" in its investigation of the shooting of American servicemen on a bus outside Frankfurt airport.
Merkel told reporters in Berlin that she condemned the "terrible incident" at the airport Wednesday afternoon during which a man opened fire on a bus carrying US Air Force personnel, killing two airmen and wounding two others before being taken into custody. Kosovo Interior Minister Bajram Rexhepi says German police have identified the suspect who is in custody as Arif Uka, a Kosovo citizen from the northern town of Mitrovica. (News Agencies)
