Obama condemns shooting of US troops in Germany
President Barack Obama says he is "saddened and outraged" by the shooting in Frankfurt, Germany, that killed two US Air Force personnel and injured two others.
The president said the US would spare no effort in finding out how the act took place. It happened on a bus outside the Frankfurt airport on Wednesday. Obama said it was a tragedy. The president made his brief comments in a surprise appearance in the White House press briefing room during the regular daily briefing Wednesday. (AP)
