Australian FM: Time is not on Israel's side
Australian Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd, who is visiting Israel, met with Member of Knesset Isaac Herzog (Labor) and discussed the peace process between Israelis and Palestinians.During the meeting, Rudd said that time was not on Israel's side and expressed concern over the stalled negotiations.
MK Herzog said an interim settlement can be reached as long as both sides agree on the outcome ahead of time. Rudd is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday. (Roni Sofer)
