MK Mofaz: Why do we not get visitation rights to see Shalit?
The Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Shaul Mofaz called upon the Red Cross Organization to examine why the kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit has not received visitation rights like the security prisoners held in Israel do.
During his visit to Ofer Prison Mofaz said: "The prisoners here get visits from the Red Cross once every three months and family visits once every couple of weeks. We demand an international official visit Gilad Shalit and pass along information on his condition." (Roni Sofer)
