Diplomat: Sinai residents opposing renewal of gas flow to Israel
A diplomatic source in Amman says that the gas supply from Egypt to Israel is not being renewed due to "political reasons stemming from the opposition in Egypt, and especially among Arabs in Sinai".
The source was apparently referring to the Bedouin population of the desert peninsula. (Roee Nahmias)
