Estimation: Explosion at Fukishima power plant was not nuclear

French Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN) reported that the explosion that occurred a nuclear power station in Fukushima, Japan was apparently of chemical nature, not nuclear. "Based on the information that we have obtained, it is our opinion that this was not a nuclear explosion, like the one that occurred in Chernobyl," said Olivier Gupta, ASN deputy director general.
