Report: King Abdullah II of Jordan to visit Iran

King Abdullah II of Jordan said that he would visit Iran during next week's Persian new year's celebration, the Iranian news agency MEHR reported.

The king was recently invited to Tehran by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. His visit would be the first visit to Iran by a Jordanian king in 30 years. (Dudi Cohen)
