Netanyahu not settling for Abbas condemnation of attack
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to stop the incitement against Israel. In a Likud faction meeting Netanyahu commended Abbas on his condemnation of the Itamar terror attack, but said he must voice the same opinion to the Palestinian people through their news agencies.
"Abbas must be clear and concise with his people about murder being unacceptable. He must be clear that incitement must stop. It is in his hands, and he'd best do it ASAP," Netanyahu said. He also slammed foreign governments for neglecting to condemn the attack. (Attila Somfalvi)
