France has not yet convinced Group of Eight partners to support its push for the UN Security Council to impose a no-fly zone in Libya, Foreign Minister Alain Juppe said on Tuesday.
"So far I have not convinced them," Juppe told France's Europe 1 radio halfway through the G8 talks, where host France has been pushing hard for an agreement on a no-fly zone but has met resistance from partners like Russia and Germany. (Reuters)
