MK Danon: Hold leftist probe proposal vote as planned

Knesset Member Danny Danon (Likud) appealed to the Knesset Speaker over the decision to postpone a vote set for tomorrow over the establishment of parliamentary inquiry commissions to probe leftist organizations.
In a letter he sent to Reuven Rivlin Danon claims that Knesset House Committee Chairman Yariv Levin acted against the statutes when he decided to postpone the vote and added that the vote should be held as planned. Levin cancelled the vote yesterday due to recent events in Itamar and an absence of a majority who support the establishment of the committees. (Roni Sofer)
