Deputy FM to Ynet: Sanctions on Syria needed

Following the seizure of a ship that left Syria with weapons intended for terror groups in Gaza, Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon told Ynet, "The international community must impose harsh sanctions against Damascus for violating UN Security Council resolutions."
Ayalon added: "Syria is not only violating the resolutions and exporting weapons to Gaza's terror groups, it is increasing these exports amid the uncertainty in the region." (Ronen Medzini)
