Intercepted munitions-carrying ship enters Ashdod Port

The ship Victoria, which was intercepted by the IDF while carrying several tons of weapons from Syria to the Gaza Strip, entered the Ashdod Port while accompanied by Navy forces.

Engineering Corps experts will search the containers aboard the vessel in order to make sure that they are not booby-trapped. Port workers and the IDF will then unload the containers. The weapons will be shown to the media on Wednesday. (Yoav Zitun)
