Lador petitions court to annul Olmert's law suit against him

State Prosecutor Moshe Lador has petitioned the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court to throw out the law suit that former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert filed against him. According to Lador, he did not slander Olmert in an interview, and the timing of the interview was not linked to the criminal proceedings against Olmert.

Lador explained in his petition that he is concerned that the law is an attempt to influence the criminal proceedings against the former prime minister, or even an effort to exclude Lador from being involved in the decision process on the matter. (Aviad Glickman)
