Israel complains to UN over arms vessel

Israel's UN ambassador Meron Reuben filed a complaint with the Security Council following the seizure of the "Victoria" arms vessel earlier this week.
The complaint said the attempt to transfer weapons from Iran to terror groups in Gaza through Syria constitutes a blatant violation of a number of UN resolutions. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
