France condemns firing of mortar shells from Gaza Strip

France has "strongly condemns the firing of rockets and shells" Saturday morning into southern Israel from the Gaza Strip.
In an official statement, French Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bertrand Valero urged "all parties to exercise the utmost restraint." (AFP)
