Libyan official: No justification for 'barbaric attack'

Libyan Secretary of Congress Muhammad Azawi on Saturday chided the Western states for launching a "barbaric attack" against its country, which has injured many civilians.
"There is no justification for this attack, as we have declared a ceasefire with al-Qaeda members and announced economic and administrative reforms," said Azami, adding, "Libya has accepted the United Nations Security Council decision and even asked to send international inspectors to examine the situation on the ground."
