Libyan report: French plane shot down by military air defense

The Libyan state television said on Saturday that a French aircraft had been shot down by Libyan air defense systems in the Tripoli area.
"The air defenses shot down a French plane in the Njela district in the Tripoli area, " said the report without giving further details. The French army denied the report. (AFP)
