Syrian TV: 4 killed in attack in restive city

Syria's state-run TV says a group of armed people attacked an ambulance in a southern city that has seen deadly anti-government protests, killing four people.

The station says "an armed gang" attacked the ambulance and killed a doctor, a paramedic, a driver and a policeman on Wednesday. The attack took place in the southern city of Daraa, where security forces killed seven protesters over the weekend. (AP)
