Ukrainian law enforcers say they were not involved in last month's arrest of a Palestinian engineer and his transportation to an Israeli prison.
National Security Service spokeswoman Marina Ostapenko said Wednesday the agency is unaware how Dirar Abu Sisi, a top engineer at Gaza's power plant, disappeared from Ukraine and ended up in custody in Israel. (AP)
