Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi can end the crisis in his country in the fastest possible manner: By leaving power.
Clinton says Gaddafi and his closest advisers have decisions to make as coalition forces launched a fifth day of air strikes against military targets in the North African country. Clinton says the US wants the Libyan government to "make the right decision" by instituting a cease-fire, withdrawing forces from cities and preparing for a transition that doesn't include the longtime dictator.
