Turkish TV: NATO to command Libya operation

Turkey's state-run TV has quoted the foreign minister as saying Turkey's demands have been met and NATO will now take command of the Libya military operation.
NATO needs the approval of all 28 of its members to do that, and Turkey had set conditions that were a stumbling block. (AP)
