Mej. Gen. Russo: There is anarchy in Gaza Strip, no control

Southern Command chief Major-General Tal Russo visited the house that was hit by a Qassam rocket Friday night in Eshkol Regional Council and commented on the escalation in the south. "There is anarchy inside the organizations in Gaza and also within Hamas. There is no control," he said.
Asked whether Israel is approaching a second Operation Cast Lead, Russo said, "There is a burnout feeling from the first Operation Cast Lead, and a memory that is getting shorter on the other side. I hope they come to their senses." (Ilana Curiel)
