Gov't approves construction of 5,000 housing units for needy seniors
The government has approved Yisrael Beiteinu's proposal to build 5,000 housing units for needy senior citizens who are eligible for financial assistance with rent and are waiting for public housing. The proposal was criticized by Likud mayors, who claimed that it does not address the housing shortage that young couples face. (Attila Somfalvi)
