Fighting between forces loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and rebels in the rebel-held city of Misrata has stopped, a rebel told Reuters on Sunday.
"Fighting raged on all day. It stopped half an hour ago," the rebel, called Mohammed, said by phone. He said pro-Gaddafi forces controlled "only one small area, a couple of streets" in the western part of the city."99 percent of the city is under our control," he said. (Reuters)
