UN chief attending Libya conference in London

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says he'll attend a conference on Libya being held in London on Tuesday.
The UN chief told the General Assembly on Monday that his special envoy to Libya, Abdelilah Al-Khatib, also will attend the conference that is designed to bring together more than 40 delegations. Al-Khatib will travel soon to Libya to meet with the opposing parties. (AP)
