Knesset to approve Kahlon's appointment as social affairs minister

The Knesset is expected to approve on Wednesday the appointment of Moshe Kahlon as minister of social affairs, as per Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision.

The decision raised discontent among the ministers without portfolio, who expected a new redistribution of positions following the division of the Labor Party. The Knesset plenum will gather for its final meeting on Wednesday before the beginning of spring recess. (Roni Sofer)
