Afghans arrest suspected mastermind of UN attack
An Afghan official says police have arrested the suspected mastermind behind the attack on a UN compound that killed up to 20 members of the world body's foreign staff.
Rawof Taj, deputy police chief in Balkh province, said Friday he was one of more than 20 people arrested after the attack. (AP)
