Netanyahu: UN must cancel Goldstone report
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called on the UN to cancel the Goldstone report on Operation Cast Lead in Gaza following an article written by Judge Richard Goldstone in which he says he regrets his conclusions.
"Everything we said was proven to be true. Israel did not willfully harm civilians," Netanyahu explained, adding, "Israel's investigating institutions are worthy, while Hamas investigated nothing. The fact that Goldstone withdrew ihis conclusions must lead to the cancelation of the report once and for all." (Attila Somfalvi)
