Shaath: Goldstone's remarks don't exempt Israel from crimes
Senior Fatah official Nabil Shaath rejected the regret expressed by Judge Richard Goldstone over the report he authored on Operation Cast Lead. "You cannot exempt Israel from the crimes it committed in Gaza," he said.
In an interview to Palestinian newspaper al-Ayam, Shaath said Goldstone gave into pressure as "he couldn't take it anymore". (Elior Levy)
