Goldstone effect: Yisrael Beiteinu promotes Knesset inquiry committees
Knesset Member Faina Kirshenbaum (Yisrael Beiteinu) announced Sunday that she was planning to resubmit the initiative for establishing Parliamentary inquiry committees for anti-Israeli organizations following Goldstone's statements on his Operation Cast Lead report.
According to Kirshenbaum, she made the decision because it has come to light that left wing organizations are "indeed cramming committees and bodies like that of Goldstone's ilk with anti-Israeli material and the Knesset's duty is to put a stop to their activities." (Roni Sofer)
