Peres: Worried over PM's character assassination
President Shimon Peres said that senior Israeli officials' flight procedures for trips abroad must be regulated and that people shouldn't "use double standards towards the prime minister".
According to Peres, "even when carrying out a review you need to be careful and avoid a character assassination, not just the prime minister's, but mainly his family, his wife and his children." (Ronen Medzini)
