Gaddafi envoy to deliver message to Greek PM

Greek officials say an envoy of Muammar Gaddafi is arriving in Athens to deliver a message from the Libyan leader to Prime Minister George Papandreou.

Foreign ministry spokesman Grigoris Delavekouras says Abdul-Ati al-Obeidi, a former Libyan prime minister who has served as a Gaddafi envoy during the recent crisis and is now acting foreign minister will "arrive shortly" in Athens. Delavekouras says the contents of the message are not known. (AP)
