Netanyahu, Barak agree on zoning plan in West Bank
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak have agreed on an zoning plan for the West Bank settlement of Nofim.
This is a rare move since so far the defense minister has abstained from signing a zoning plan for political reasons. (Yair Altman)
