Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad condemned the murder of Israeli-Arab actor Juliano Mer-Khamis in Jenin, and claimed that the act "is a flagrant breach of humane values and is in contradiction with the morality of our people."
Fayyad said he has instructed the Palestinian security forces to "capture the criminals and bring them to justice." (Elior Levy)
