Livni speaks out on comptroller's 'Bibi-tours' decision

Following the State comptroller's decision to launch and inquiry into the trips abroad of all senior public figures since 2006 rather than just the 'Bibi-tours' affair, Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni said that there was no need for new norms beyond those existing within the existing legislation.
"Those who wish to live within the law know that the law exists and those who don't say that the law needs to be re-examined," Livni said. "Saying that everyone is corrupt isn't true, it is the refuge of the corrupt." (Roni Sofer and Attila Somfalvi)
