Yishai didn't coordinate Goldstone invitation

Interior Minister Eli Yishai invited South African judge Richard Goldstone to Israel without coordinating the matter with the Foreign Ministry or prime minister, Ynet learned.
State officials said that Yishai had caused damage to Israel. "The invitation goes against the planned strategy. This is not how Israel planned to address Goldstone after the report," one official noted. The minister's bureau said Goldstone was invited as Yishai's personal guest. (Attila Somfalvi)
