High Court rejects Carmel fire disaster citation appeal
None
The High Court of Justice rejected the appeal submitted by families of prison service cadets killed in the Carmel fire disaster who sought to delay the citation ceremonies for police officers killed in the disaster.
During the hearing the judges said that this was one of the toughest hearings they had met with and that "their hearts went out to the appellants who were crying out over the pain of the disaster." (Aviad Glickman)
