Dana Bikovitzki, 22, from Herzliya is the name of the second Israeli killed in a car crash that occurred in Bolivia. Bikovitzki's friend, Ofir Chen was also killed in the crash. Another Israeli was lightly wounded and hospitalized in a local hospital. (Yoav Zitun)
