Cleared for publication: The Shin Bet exposed a Palestinian terror cell that planned to kidnap an IDF soldier in order to use him as a bargaining chip for the release of jailed Palestinians being held in Israel.
The three cell members arrested in January near Ramallah were indicted in a military court. Two members of the cell, are Hamas terrorists who have previously served prison sentences in Israel. (Yoav Zitun)
