Likud denies report about PM's double-billed trip

The Likud Party denied Channel 10 journalist Raviv Drucker's report that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu billed two organizations for the same trip to the US, claiming that the receipt that Drucker brought as evidence was voided. "Channel 10 showed the viewers a receipt on which the word 'cancelled' was clearly written," Netanyahu's party said in a statement.

A Channel 10 source responded by saying that the original receipt that was shown was not voided, and added that both the Ashdod Medical Center and a Netanyahu lawyer confirmed that the center did pay $8,237 for the prime minister's trip. (Ynet)
