Gunmen fire at mine giant's vehicle in Indonesia

Two employees of US mining giant Freeport were slightly injured when gunmen fired at a company van near the world's largest gold mine in a restive Indonesian province, an official said Thursday.

Company spokesman Ramdani Sirait said the ambush Wednesday did not affect operations at the mine. (AP)
