US Embassy convoy attacked in southern Lebanon
For the second time in a week, a group of young men has attacked a US Embassy convoy with stones during a visit to a southern Lebanese city.
No one was hurt in the stone-throwing incident in the port city of Sidon, where anti-American sentiment is high. The US Embassy confirms that a delegation went to Sidon Thursday for a meeting with the international security forces commander there and left the city safely after a meeting. (AP)
