Peres discusses Goldstone report with UN chief

President Shimon Peres has discussed concerns about recent rocket fire from the Gaza Strip into Israel with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
Peres and Ban on Friday also discussed the impasse in Middle East peace talks and the Goldstone report, a highly critical UN report on Israel's 2008-2009 offensive in Gaza by South African jurist Richard Goldstone. Peres is criticizing Goldstone for what he implies are contradictions. (AP)
