Israelis evacuated successfully from Ivory Coast
Israeli diplomats in the Ivory Coast were successfully evacuated from the country, Ynet has learned. UN soldiers transferred the diplomats to Ghana.
Eighteen Israelis still remain in the country, and are in touch with the Foreign Ministry. Ivory Coast has been plagued by clashes between followers of the elected president and the current president, who refuses to relinquish power. (Ronen Medzini)
